Cancellation Policy

User Booking & Cancellation policy

"Eduwity" means Eduwity Private Limited, a corporation organised under the Companies Act; authorised to carry on business in India for to carry on the business of providing all types of educational services including providing cloud software, buying and selling of solutions and options and related consultancy services either directly or indirectly or through brokers or licensees and also providing franchising and management services, publishing content online, print or any medium in India or outside India either singly or jointly or in Partnership with any person(s) Firm and “Eduwity Platform” (which includes any of Eduwity’s websites and mobile applications. By making a booking or reservation request through Eduwity, the user (“User”) accepts and agrees to the refund and cancellation policy of Eduwity and to any additional terms and conditions that maybe be relevant and may apply to your booking included services rendered or products offered. Eduwity reserves the right to change these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) of the policy from time to time in its discretion and without prior notice to you. 1. MODE OF CANCELLATION

1.1. Cancellations can only be made through by pressing “Cancel” button provided along the booking history on Eduwity Platform.

1.2. No cancellation shall be accepted over email, phone call or communicated using any other mean.

2. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

2.1. IN CASE OF TIMED OR DATED APPOINTMENTS AND RESERVATIONS, the following conditions shall apply in case of cancellation:

Eduwity offers cancellation before login of any user.

2.2. For Eduwity Vouchers and Deal Coupons, Gift Cards (“Coupons / Cards”), Eduwity does not offer any cancellation. No Amount will be refunded once a gift card is purchased. Vouchers, Deal Coupons and Gift cards offered and sold by TPM on Eduwity are subject to TPM’s terms and conditions and TPM may not accept any refunds. Please refer the terms and conditions on the TPM’s page prior to purchase.

2.3. A Coupon / Card cannot be refunded once redeemed or purchased.

2.4. Online payments are non-refundable.

2.5. Handling charges/ Convenience fees, if applicable shall not be refundable under any circumstances.

3. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION

All disputes arising out of this Program shall be referred to arbitration under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force. The arbitration shall be referred to a sole arbitrator who is on the panel of the Indian Merchant Chamber. The venue of Arbitration will be Mumbai and the language of the proceedings shall be English
